Why is the performance sometimes “lagging” while using the Hi5 VR Glove?

The Hi5 VR Glove may have been affected by a similar frequency band because of RF interference within the environment. In this case, Hi5 VR Glove will change its frequency band automatically. Please wait momentarily and the lagging issue should disappear.

If it is still lagging after a while, please press the button on the dongle and switch it to other frequency bands until it is no longer lagging.

       If the battery is very low, it will probably cause slow performance (“lag”) issues. Please remember to change batteries in a timely manner.

in order to avoid lagging issues caused by occlusion during use, and get more stable RF effects, when using the HTC VIVE HMD, connect the dongle to the USB port on the HMD in order to avoid lagging issues caused by occlusion during use.
